Ratings and reviews

I downloaded the app after reading the description (in English), and since I frequently do my grocery shopping at migros when I'm in Turkey. Reviews seemed encouraging also. But the bloody app is only in Turkish language! It gives no other language choices at all! So it is completely useless for me unless I want to spend hours on google translator. What is the point of creating such an app when it ignores a huge population of affluent non-Turkish speakers eg. in multi-cultural Istanbul?

I expect more empty slots to deliver, a small migros is 200mt away but my orders mostly delivers the very next day. also packaging of the goods is open to improvement, plastic bags are punched most of the times and full with goods but cleaning chemicals and food items should stay seperated. also the delivery guys try to deliver all at once but in case if sensitive goods like eggs it is not a good way to deliver.

They gave us coupons, supposedly a discount. They deceive us so that we install their app. In the end, the coupons do not work.
