New issue popped up that makes it difficult to use. When taking photos for a check deposit, if my phone changes orientation (I tilt it too much) the app will log me out when I tap submit on the deposit, and won't actually submit the check. I need to turn off screen rotation prior to depositing checks to avoid this issue. Pixel 5a

2024 edit: My user account gets locked out with every single app update. Massively frustrating. Prompt and attentive phone support is the only redeeming feature of this bank. UI bugs are massive letdown. As a banking app, it's fine (nothing innovative here for visualization or analysis). Really wish they would look at the market and make better choices.

Suddenly, after happily using this app for years, I'm getting a "need to update" message when I try to login. When I try to update the app in the playstore I'm told my device isn't compatible with the app. This is unacceptable, as I use the app constantly to monitor my finances.
