I'm hoping this helps me reach someone! The past couple days the app or website won't let me log in and I've had trouble getting ahold of anyone in the support team. I've updated the app, Uninstalled and reinstalled, updated my phone, restarted my phone. I have some jobs in progress I will lose out on the time period and money in my account. As for the app itself, I've really enjoyed working with the brands and up until recently had no huge issues

I started out using this app in April with no experience of the app and within a day of signing up I go my 1st jobs. My only issue with the app is at times it keeps declining my content even the aspect ratio, lightening etc is all in alignment with regulations. I had to delete the app just now and reinstalling it in a dier attempt to get my job uploaded as time is running out and I've reached out to support and they cannot assist so what's the sense of having a support team then?

Joinbrands has been incredible! Easy user interface and the work is there! Only problem is I cannot access my portfolio from the mobile, it doesn't work. I can only access on desktop so that's a bummer.
