Fast Community Response (CRM) is the official mobile application of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government which is used by the Department / Bureau / Agency at the Provincial and Sub-district / District / City / Sub-district level / District / City Administration level to obtain
coordinate and complete citizen reports more easily and efficiently.
The CRM application functions as a forum for handling (follow-up) public complaints that is integrated with the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's official complaint channel which aims to improve the quality of information services, policies and public services that are fast, easy, precise and transparent, synergize procedures, systems, facilities and authorities. SKPD / UKPD and / or - BUMD in following up on community complaints, and facilitating coordination in the handling of community complaints between SKPD / UKPD and / or BUMD. CRM users (SKPD / UKPD and / or - BUMD) can use the CRM Mobile application or the CRM Website (Dashboard).
In the CRM Mobile application, Lurah / Dinas / Sub Dinas / BUMD can follow up on all incoming public complaints (reports), both based on geotagging reports (Qlue and Jaki) and non-geotagging (Facebook, Twitter, Email, Balai Warga , SMS, Report 1708, Complaints at the District Level), and the public can see the results of the follow-up from the Lurah / Dinas / Sub-Dinas / BUMD through the website http://penguhanwarga.jakarta.go.id/.
Each follow-up of all reports that go into CRM and followed up through CRM will be assessed as evaluation material which can be seen in the ranking menu contained in the CRM Mobile application and CRM Website (Dashboard).
