I'm so disappointed. This game was so much fun until I hit the same bug other users mentioned. You get to a screen to unlock a new category, and it freezes. No option other than to close. I used the in-game mail to put in a ticket with screenshots and details and received no response (5 days). Up until that point, I found this game fun, responsive, engaging, and with well placed ads that don't interrupt the fun.

I thought this game was so fun and enjoyed playing. However, I have a problem where when I push play, it brings me to a screen to flip a word pack but ALL of the options are locked and I can't flip any over. I can't get past the screen so I am unable to play. I emailed the support twice about a month ago and still haven't heard anything back.

This is a mad game, especially the multiplayer part. But like, can we chill with the adds? It's REALLY annoying. when I'm trying to draw with someone, BAM an add pops out.... It's frustrating because at the time the add is done the drawing time it's too so I end up drawing nothing. I know y'all need the ads to keep things running but PLEASE the adds are getting frustrating. I hope you guys can find a way to add the adds in a not annoying way.
