About this app

LibraRisk is an innovative risk communication tool.

With LibraRisk you can:

- Download to your smartphone or tablet the Civil Protection Plan
   of Commons of your interest;

- Refer to the contents of any interactively Plans, to discover the
   risk areas, the scenarios of these areas can be developed, the
   resources of the local Civil Protection System (waiting areas, areas
   shelter, gathering areas, strategic facilities) and measures
   self-protection (good practices of conduct) to be taken to reduce
   your exposure to hazards;

- Take advantage of the early warning system via push notification, to be
   informed about the conditions of hydraulic and hydrogeological critical that
   Bulletins of the National Department of Civil Protection to provide the
   your area and receive alerts directly from your municipality;

- Help spread alerts and warnings, through a system
   multi-channel (Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter, email and SMS);

- Refer to the streaming of the main Twitter hashtags and channels
   Civil protection at national and local level.

Librarisk is a tool of "edutainment", which has as its sole purpose
to encourage the spread of the "culture of risk." Not
understood in any way as an official tool of alert.
LibraRisk only works with preventive purposes. The safety of
people, property and the environment is ensured by procedures
operational officers of the Civil Protection Municipal Plan.
