New version for Android blows up my phone. Previously I would get one alert when a chat came in, which was perfect. Now the phone goes off every few seconds when the chats start and when a reply is received. You can change the settings only up to a minute but it doesn't actually change, still goes off every couple of seconds.

Sorry you are having issues
Repeated chat notification is only for new/unanswered chats.To silence notifications, you need to go offline in the app or accept the chat.
New version will contain a setting to disable repeating notification for new/not accepted chats, but we encourage you to go offline in the app if you are unable to accept requests.

New redesign stopped working on galaxy.S8 plus. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, but it just keeps xrasing on launch.

We have found out that new update did not completely work correctly on the all devices. We have released hotfix which eliminates the crash issue - it has been released at night of 06/26/2019. Sorry for all the inconveniences! Please give us another chance and try again with the most recent Google Play Store version (1.805).

Android app is terrible compared to iPhone. Usability is slim to none with no notifications and no canned messages...
