The 'Rewards & Offers' section of the app does not load. I've set my phone's screen timeout to 10min, let it sit there trying to load, and it locked itself without this section ever loading. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling it a couple times and does the same thing with each attempt. App is entirely pointless to have if the main reason you would use it doesn't load.

Needs major work. Went to redeem the free fish sandwich had my cart ready to go just had to go dig out my bank card put the phone down for a little bit came back and my order was gone. Went to redo the order and now it says the code is used in another order. Messed around with the app for a bit can't find the first order anywhere in the app but since I didn't even get to check out I doubt it's in there. Very disappointed.

App says store is closed and online ordering is not available even though I called the store and confirmed that online ordering was turned on. Went onto the website and showed store open but neither the app or the website will allow me to use any of the offers such as the free fish sandwich. Keeps saying error and store not found. Deal after deal is expiring and I can't seem to use any of them. Other restaurants I have no issues with at all. Guess who's gonna get my money. Not Long John Silvers.
