Slow, Clunky, Lagy I use this primary on my $3,000 PC. I write books and Ludwig Guru endlessly freezes. Sometimes up to 3 minutes straight! Copy and pasting my work is a nightmare because Ludwig creates a lot of spaces, which makes my work sloppy. Limited book writing options, horrible spell check, even the phone app is terrible because of typing issues. Overall, as a premium member, don't buy! There are free options which are entirely superior! Currently I'm using Reedsy, free + 10x better!

They just charged me 14.99 USD for a monthly premium membership but they never upgraded my membership so it remained basic. They just took my money and didn't gave me what I paid for. I tried to contact them but no reply whatsoever. The customer service is as bad as paying for something you don't get.

Although I've bought this app, it still offers to pay for it as if I were using free version. Every time I have to click on purchase button, go through 2 additional pages and only after that the app returns to normal functioning. Very annoying. However the idea is great and the app is quite useful. If devs fix the bug, I'll give 5 stars.
