Worst mobile app I've ever had the misfortune to have to rely on. The 'live chat' takes so long it's like trying to resurrect the dead. It also takes over the whole app so you're unable to carry attempting to fix the issue yourself. Activating data abroad should be as simple as clicking 'roaming' but instead of transferring package automatically as sms suggest it asks me to set a limit in pounds. Which then doesn't work. Edwardian era software. Terrible.

Not very impressive. Most of the time doesn't work. Can't see usage when you click see more. The only usage is call history,where everything is clubbed together including calls,texts and data usage. The App needs a lot improvement. Lyca Mobile using O2 can't complain about network coverage. Network coverage and speed is good. All networks have their ups and downs. But O2 better than any other network.

Most of the times the app won't work but even when it does it is very limited. For example you can't even cancel a plan on it. I called customer service and you can't do it through them either. Also, automatic renovation of a plan stops after a few times and you have to turn it on again. Otherwise you lose lots of money on using data at the normal rate (10 EUR in 1 or 2 days)!
