Another example of changing just to change. The old app was simple and easy to use. This new one is clunky, overly complicated, and doesn't really do anything more than the old app. The mobile deposit feature crashes without saving the information and check pictures.. which is very frustrating.

WTH?? What was the point of this new update? It is not user friendly. It takes too long to load. There are way too many unnecessary steps. You have to scroll now to look through accounts when the old version was at a glance.. one page. The new update is a total fail. I can just imagine how difficult it is for a senior to deal with.

New update is having a lot of loading issues. Takes so long to load that it will just give up and say I have no account. It takes 3 or 4 times of closing the app and opening it back up for it to show my account but it won't be updated with recent transactions.
