This app is very poorly designed. It crashes frequently, fails to put calls through, and has no useful options or settings. There is no way to receive notifications if someone leaves a voicemail on an emergency line. In fact, the only notification this app gives is when you place a call. It actually interrupts the call to notify you that Mango is making a call. Sadly, after talking to support it seems Mango has no interest in making improvements to this app.

New app is worse than the old one. I NEVER get calls to my phone app anymore, only on the PC app. The texting feature lets me view texts, but the send button does absolutely nothing at all. Except on PC. Everything works properly on PC. But the point of having an app is for it to be useful, right? I also stopped getting notifications entirely. The old app (orange icon) actually worked! How can you have gotten worse over time? What bug fixes are you working on? No improvement AT ALL in months.

Notifications fail to be sent most of the time. As a startup dental office who isn't physically in the office for half of the time, I rely on the phone app to make sure I'm getting my calls and texts. Missing communications with patients and potential patients has lead to a lot of frustration and wasted money. I am likely going to be switching to a different service.
