Ratings and reviews

Article reviews can't be modified or deleted. The App is also a bit slow. However, the ability to pick from any Saturn store and pay there (on site) is great. You also accumulate "Bits", which give you benefits as you ascend color levels (white-orange-blue-black); the higher you get, the more benefits for you. My last two purchases arrived on time and the prices for the articles were the same as on Amzn.

First I ordered an item over mediamarkt, and during a difficult process to get it cancelled., I ordered the same item by Saturn, hoping they would provide better service. When mediamarkt finally cancelled the item(because the item was not deliverable to that address) i simply got the same email from the saturn order, even though it was directed to the address where I was present all day. This tells me they never even tried to send the article, and simply waisted my time! Terrible service!!

great app, great shop...would help if it allowed translation on the app for the few of us still learning German.
