To prevent the risk of any fraudulent or illicit behaviour, the Bank carries out an analysis of the data collected by the APP on the mobile device used, also in relation to the use of other Apps present on the same in which the Mediolanum App was downloaded in addition to the information on your location and the use of other databases and services made available by the Bank's suppliers, who operate as Data Controllers. This analysis activity entails that this data is processed using automatic decision tools to allow a more effective assessment of the risk of being a victim of fraud. This is exclusively for the purpose of efficiently minimizing this risk. This activity, which involves the evaluation of specific aspects linked to the use of the apps via the mobile device used to use the services provided, gives rise to processing that Banca Mediolanum carries out to fulfill specific obligations established by European Union law and current Italian regulations aimed at guaranteeing the prevention, investigation, identification and repression of cases of fraud. The need to fulfill these obligations, which the Bank is required to respect based on current legislation, constitutes the legal basis that legitimizes this processing.

Ratings and reviews

Fron the 63.x.x update the app is really slow (if works correctly) I can't see my account position and movement the first time I open the app, i must kill it and reopen it to see the service works right. The UI seems to don't have any adaptability, the text views are always cropped or in the wrong place. Also the exception: "2 exception occurs" is everywhere!! What happened?!!!

It has almost all the functionalities I need but the UX is clunky and needlessly convoluted. It also seem to be down for maintenance more often than others, quite a bummer when you need a instant transfer... Edit: reduced by one star as the service is down too many times

Most of the time it doesn't work, it says "service unavailable" and it logs me out
