Spin button locked for weeks. Have contacted Support several times, Big Frog and Google Play. No response from anyone. What is going on? Spin button was fixed as soon as this post was made...thank you. Now, for days/weeks, the community board is showing 0 coins. I have sent emails again to support and Big Frog. Again, no response. I feel that myself, as well as other loyal customers ( having same issue) need to be compensated. Over the years I have spent much playing Lucky Duck Slots. Thank you

A waste of time. Half the time you can't connect to the game because of their servers. Not to mention all your daily bonuses start over and then all the levels you complete are gone and set back to level one. So don't waste your time downloading this app. Oh yeah you dont get a response half the time when you report an issue with the app

Can no longer log into fb and spin button is not working again. WHY?This app has been working well the last few months with no issues. This is my absolute favorite app. I have not been able to play this past week. I can collect my points every day but it will not let me play at all. Once I click to spin the app just locks up. Hoping it gets fixed again.
