The app is good and is fairly user friendly. Zelle payments set up is confusing at best. I hate that it deletes my login information regularly (I have to re-enroll in mobile banking weekly and sometimes more) even with the save user ID info is checked off and I have fingerprint login turned on. Also, once logged in - to use any features in the other than looking at balances makes you re-input all of login information - it is not convenient - an added security measure perhaps but I don't like it.

So far, you added extra steps to see our details. You haven't changed the way you reflect activity. For instance, you take money out of my account to send a bill pay transaction, but it is not reflected in my account for two days. That's wrong! If I schedule a payment to start on Monday and you send it on Monday, that amount should be deducted from my balance on Monday! Also, my detail transactions no longer show a running balance. Not only a bad app, it's a bad system upgrade!

I wish I could be this less than one star. The purpose of a bank app is to make things more convenient for the user and this fails tremendously. Not only is logging in a chore, but it only works for balance inquiries (not real time info anyway). The whole point for me getting this app was to deposit my checks without having to go to the bank and this has no check deposits available for my account. Nonsense.
