Very uncomfortable when application was updated, application always ask me to go to identfy personal at bank. Moreover, it can't use with work profile that my office use for work. Other banks are not have this problem like GSB.

I can never make a transaction on the app after 16:00. So annoying. Super unreliable.

shame , problem all the time when have problem need to go to the bank not recommend ( that how they solve the problem ) stay away from This Bank app if i can give 0 star i will
