Control your thermal comfort whenever and wherever you want with the Cozytouch app!

When linked to the Cozytouch gateway, the app lets you control your connected appliances: radiators, bathroom radiators, heat pumps, VMC, air conditioning, water heaters, zone control and interfaces.

I bought a smart thermostat which use this app. And it appears that application is useless for me. I cannot finish setting up my account to start using my appliances. When I enter account, I have to choose size of flat, address, etc. And when everything is filled, there is no next button. I simply cannot proceed and to try add the appliance to home.

The app is not working at all! I cannot finish the process for creating an account because the last step is not active. I wrote to the support and the answer was " we are working on the problem, it is due to server maintenance that no one knows when is going to be finished and the service active again! I bought Atlantic water heater with smart wifi function that I cannot not use and these are money in the trash! How it is possible auch a big company not to take car for such technical issues?!

Erratic behavior, bad app. Set new temperature the app answer ok but it return to previous set, regulary message of no reaching server, some time can't get temperature from radiator, quite complicate process to create account, not clear what information is required. I also tryed in iphone but the experience was even worst. I also miss option to connect with Alexa.
