One of the effective ways to learn the content is the use of the Leitner box.
The Leitner box is a box of five homes that are used for learning. Leitner is actually a "remembering" scientific method, which transmits learned from short-term memory to long-term memory.
This device is based on the following psychological and educational experiences:
1. If a person learns a subject or concept well, after a day or a week, he forgets about 45% and after 80% of it will be forgotten. As such, only 20% of the content enters long-term memory. The Leitner box adjusts the program in such a way as to guide the long-term memory with the most frequent repetition of the dangerous curse of forgetfulness.
2. SKINER LEARNING LAW: According to this law, if the reward is received after each operation, the practice will be intensified. The more points are the rewards of success in the game. It will interest you to continue to play more intensely.
This property is used in the Leitner learning box, which means that the individual only goes to the next section who has learned the subject; this action, like rating, encourages the individual to continue the learning process.
Advantages of this device:
1. Reduces unnecessary repetitions: You need repeated replies to move things from short to long-term memory. When you are reading a page for a number of times, you have to re-browse the content you've already learned. If you no longer have to repeat it and its undue repetition will waste your time and energy, you will be disturbed and therefore distressed. But the Leitner box only hunts out the indomitable stuff and forces us to repeat them.
2. If you leave the learning process for a while, there is no disruption to learning, except that you have to review the cards again. Of course, we advise you to continue working on a regular basis.
3. By gaining points and continuously observing success, learning from you becomes a tedious action to a delightful and enjoyable game.
In this program you have to enter your content in different classifications. And you can review them
Be careful that you can practice your content only once.
The beginning of the procedure
Note: To the last part of every main house we refer to the main part and to the other parts of the subfield
first day:
On the one hand, ask questions (words) on the one side and write the answer (meaning of the word) on the other side.
Review your questions and answers so you can stay alive.
Put all cards in the first house (part 1).
second day:
Review all questions in the first home in one go and answer.
Take the question card that you answered correctly to the second home of the second part.
Return the question card that you did not answer correctly to the original home.
third day:
Start with the second home of the first part. Bring all the cards to one side without looking. Because the time of their browsing is tomorrow, not today.
Act for the first home like the day before.
Fourth day:
Start with the last part of the second home: read the questions on the cards. If you bring the card to the next house; and remove it from the Leitner box! Because for long-term preservation, the card must fully complete all the houses once. Without failing along the way. That's why it's best to keep track of the relatively small amount of cards and time and interest.
Now go to the previous section and move all the cards to a house without going over.
Now is the first home. Act as usual.
Finally, return all the cards that have been dropped out of the box due to oblivion.
Note: Do not worry about getting out of the box. But you're glad that you'll see more words you do not know, and less words that you do not understand. Meanwhile, this time, they are back on track
