Ratings and reviews

I cannot use this app because my phone number was connected to a wallet by the previous number owner. After sending the requested documents to MoMo support, I get repeatedly the same request again and again with no explanation what is missing. Are MoMo support employees completely ignorant in English or are they only bots? The experience in totally frustrating. Is it my fault, you have some idiotic procedure in place to cancel a wallet? I would give this app 0/5 stars, but 1 star is the minimum.

Terrible customer service, they do not seem to pay attention at all. The app is so slow and full of unrelated features.

Should not be used if you do not want to lose your money unexpectedly. MoMo Paylater Service automatically make payment without any confirmation, at high level of risk. In addition, their Customer Care Services do not really helpful, they often let clients wait for a long time with limited number interactions. SO PLEASE DONT USE THIS APP IF YOU DONT WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY UNEXPECTEDLY!!!
