After the update (or upgrade and revamp in visual) app is not responsive. Editing cost was impossible for me. Drop-down manu in a phone app staring in the middle of the screen is not working well for me. One other thing after submitting the credentials, it asks if we want to "open" (whatever it is with MyUS and pick default app. The two options listed are MyUS and MyUS..what is this "feature" for? How can I role back to the previous version?

Careless in inventorying the items in the package. After pandemic the service quality dropped. I had to change the review, too many issues with them. They misplaced my items twice and won't be responsible for the loss. To verify the mistake they did, they want me to pay $7. And if the item is found, i have to pay for the shipping separately. The app too doesn't work properly.

Like G. Smith mentioned, one gets notice that a package has arrived. Amazon says the PA kage was delivered. Though my suite would be empty. I just hope the update works better than the customer service. Let's just wait and see if we can upload our receipts. The good part about the App is that I do not always have my laptop with me. That is when I need the app.
