It will not stay on I have the same issues people have been having since release and the app itself has a lot of issues. Lights turn off and on randomly regardless of what I do or how I set it so I am going to try a 24/0 for a bit. Hope they fix it I paid good money for a working product but seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen. 08-19-2024 no improvement at all I am at a loss of What to do with the products I bought they don't even work as surge protectors.

Won't connect to Wi-Fi and can't update firmware. Timer is useless and doesn't work. I've tried for hours messing with the settings and online direction from mars hydro and iser reviews with the same issues. Totally useless app, only thing that's working for now is dimmer control. If that stops working there's no point to have this app installed. Total garbage.

Works great for controlling my fan. I had some trouble at first, but I turned the knob on the fan to off, deleted it from my phone, and started over. I reconnected my phone to the fan, set the temp and humidity settings, turned the strategy switch to on, and it's finally working! 💪 We could definitely use some better instructions! They don't even mention the strategy switch, and that's what turns on auto mode. 🤦‍♂️
