I love Tetris, and I have for years. This game does it pretty right. Adds to new things. BUT, the ads make the game unbearable. Want to play a quick round while on the toilet? Gotta watch a 45 second ad. Didn't like your start and want to do it again? Ad. Game crash, ad. Every single thing you do requires an ad. At least put them on a timer, I hate seeing more ad time then actual game time. And the points are useless unless you want to spend them on things like 1-800-flowers and viking cruises.

The experience is severely undermined by the overwhelming number of advertisements. There are ads between every round, which disrupts the flow and makes it hard to stay immersed in the game. It feels like I spend more time watching ads than actually playing. I understand that ads are a part of free games, the frequency here is excessive and really takes away from the enjoyment. If the developers could find a better balance, this game could be a lot more enjoyable. Until then, I can't recommend

A landing page with immediate "free bonuses" and clear microtransaction placement? Unskippable ad after the first level? An animated ad on the bottom of the screen the entire level? The lack of the ability to Hold a piece for later use? This was an easy uninstall for me- I'll go play an emulated version of one of the older games, for free, on my phone. I'll be happy for years, and you'll see none of my money. I suggest other players do the same. Avoid this title, go play REAL Tetris. Bad Reply!
