Hello, I'm a 14 year old that wanted to get the jeel which also requires a guardian or parent to make for the guardian/parent to make it they should also have an account and my issue is that I keep trying to whenever my parent tries to make the account they always fail in the second step which you have to scan you civil id. Even though I had done all steps for ensuring for a proper scan I usually would give alot of errors so i hope the signing in process for the jeel card could be easy for kids

app crashes on 1st panel to enter the name. Phone is Samsung Note 10 Light. the App rashes immediately after displaying the panel (1st panel) to enter the name you (wyyay) wants to call me. I enter the name it crashes. thanks

Bro I want to change my number and when I do that it says to authenticate with mobile id and when I click authenticate on the mobile id app my mobile id crashes down and note there in the mobile id app we can see service providers name and all but from your app the information does not come it shows blank please fix this issue and bring a new update as fast as possible so that the information can be seen in mobile id and I can authenticate and make it easy
