GETTING STARTED

Enrolling in Mobile Banking is easy! Simply download the app and click the “Register” icon on the main screen. If you are a business customer, please visit your local branch for more information or to enroll.

Great app, it shows me all of my accounts including car loan. This mobile app allows me to do most things like transfer money between accounts, send money via Zelle, deposit checks, pay on my loan, request bank cards, report cards as lost and a lot more. It gives you access to all forms of information about the different accounts and easy access to customer service. The mail icon feature is awesome. I don't know who the people are that read and respond to questions/requests, but they do it!!

App no longer works. Upon opening, it throws an Alert about not supporting debugging and promptly crashes. I am not sure what debugging is or why it thinks it's enabled. Update: as stated, the app opens with this error and does not enable me to do anything in app whatsoever. Update 2: still no resolution. My phone does not have USB debugging as a feature.

We're disappointed to hear you're experiencing such difficulties when trying to access your digital banking profile! It seems you are receiving the error message due to a setting that has been enabled. To disable it, you would need to go to Settings > Developer Options > Disable USB Debugging.

It *works*, but this would have more stars if not for one *huge* issue; the mobile check deposit vocalizes all inputs. I'm not blind; I don't need to hear that I need to use a dark background or when the detection was successful since I can see it. If an option to disable the voice over isn't added by August, I'm going to uninstall the app and submit my checks in person, and if it's not added by October, I'm going to look into changing banks. Please fix this.

We are sorry to hear about your frustrations Jacob! We are unable to find that as a setting in our app, that does appear to be an option that is set in the phones settings. If changing that setting in your phone does not correct this please email us at nbtcares@nbtbank.com!
