Extremely buggy app, almost worthless and definitely one of the worst apps I've ever used. Just signing in is difficult and if you can even get that far the app is painfully slow. Transferring tickets is not intuitive and difficult. You get messages that the transfer didn't work but then another message indicates that it might have. You can't easily tell which tickets transferred & which didn't. It's obvious that the Wild need to go back to printed tickets despite the fraud potential.

Something changed... transferring tickets used to be simple with phone contacts via text now it forces the data entry manually and its not efficient like it was in the previous version. Looking at the reviews with the same issues I'd highly recommend downgrading to the previous version until the kinks are worked out. Here is your feedback in the reviews. Hope it helps.

It's actually significantly worse than the team itself. I especially love the part where I open up to see my barcode and my screen goes blank after showing me my ticket for 0.25 seconds. Or the part where I have to tap the user icon between clicking the ticket button to somehow log in? No log in screen is actually provided. If you don't do it, it takes you to a login screen where you can't click anything on the screen. There's so much to love
