I downloaded the Premium Bonds prize checker app onto my mobile phone. I like the idea of checking the results of each draw. When I first started buying Premium Bonds to be entered into ERNIE for the monthly draws, I had to wait for a letter to know if I'd won any prizes. It's brilliant that I can now have a look online to know if my Premium Bonds have been drawn and how much money I've won in each monthly draw.

Having read a number of reviews I had second thoughts about installing it but decided to give it a try. It worked fine listing the prize amounts for the latest draw. I added my wife and my mother-in-law and they all worked fine as well, no adverts, so at this moment no problem. All I had to enter were the NS&I number for each person and set it for the 5 digit pin and biometric which was not difficult. Logged in several times using the biometric without difficulty.

"Something's gone wrong"message. "Try again" This app only gets worse and worse. Used to be a fantastic feature with instant results like a scratch card which was fantastic for kids to reveal results by taping the screen. Results were on the dot at midnight of the first working day of each month. Now, this... Please make improvements.
