The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office mobile application is an interactive app developed to help improve communication with area residents. The Wayne County Sheriff App allows residents to connect with the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office by reporting crimes, submitting tips, and other interactive features, as well as providing the community the latest public safety news and information.

The app is another public outreach effort developed by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office to improve communication with county residents and visitors.

This app is not intended to be used to report emergency situations. Please call 911 in an emergency.

Its a good app to keep up on our local inmates and warrant and sex offenders, only 2 things that could use help with app to me would be, app is slower than a few other media places to find out who is an inmate, has a new warrant and sex offenders new location. I use the app daily, but noticed I can use other searches for this and the other places post them sooner than this app. Examples , like busted news is one, mycase indiana is another option and there are more than those. As the Sherrif office is the top law enforcement in the USA we all should stand with them. They have the right to over step any agency. IT is great to see many departments joining. So far app is good. Look forward to many safe days ahead. Salute.
