The Olympus Dictation App is a simple recording app designed to work with the Olympus Dictation Delivery Service (ODDS) resulting in an enterprise level dictation solution. ODDS is a cloud-based subscription service offering centralized control, advanced workflow and routing functions for your dictations. Sign-up for a free 60 day trial of the ODDS service directly from within the app. An ODDS account is required to use the app.

FOR UPGRADING USERS
Recent enhancements to the app will now require you migrate your data and settings.
Please follow the setup wizard on the app to sign-up for ODDS.

Ratings and reviews

I had used for some time . Was awkward to set up finally worked OK but now unable to upload despite reinstall and tried on another device. Crashes frequently and will now look for a more stable alternative. Since July has become more stable and able to reliably upload dictation. Apparently some sort of server problem but disappointed no notification of the problem from Olympus. Please improve customer advice. upgrade to 4 stars

10/10 pro quality!! Most clear and easy to use app Best of all I can make real time edits!! Saves hours. I can listen and insert real time voice or record over mistake without having to save and re-open 100 times. Amazing for a narrator. Why 1 star?? Its useless I Can not save my recordings unless I download a file share sender. After 5 failed attempts I gave up. I was not able to ckeck consent box and each time I went into it, all my info was gone. I would have given 5/5 if not for that.

The recent update has resulted in the audio arriving at the server for typing being distorted and impossible to deal with (like an elderly, drunk robot). Still no update from support as to the issue. My mobile is on Android 13. Dreadful.
