I've been using it for a bit over a month, and it works well. You NEED data to open some doors, like the garage door. I found that out shortly after using the app, fortunately the building has free wifi, but it doesn't reach my car. So I ended up getting data. One thing I'd like to request is to make it voice activated, ie; "Google, open the garage!". Would be safer than fumbling with the phone while driving. Or even better; make an app for the Chevy Infotainment system.

Terrible experience. Could not get into unit, or building, or anything after already being in the unit and building, etc. This app randomly deleted our login info and says that I'm no longer a part of the building community. After being inside the unit for hours and making home, we step out for dinner only to never be let in again. Terrible experience. No customer service to try and help resolve issues. I can't understand how this hasn't had more negative reviews after an incident like this.

The ANSWER DECLINE menu is still not working properly and now does not open the viewing screen to see the caller. I must shut down with the III button at bottom left. I Uninstalled then Installed again but unable to get the authorization code to enter the app. Definitely not impressed with this app again.
