The app si good, but is a shame that you have to top up the account only with the amounts of money predefined by them in order to be glued with their services, that way there will always remain small amounts of money in the app. Example: washing cost 1.5€, but app gives me only these top up options: 2, 5, 10, 20, 30€. If you top up with 2€, you remain with 0.5€. If you top up with 5€, you remain with 0.5€. If you (developers) want to be correct, you must add also the option to fill with 3, 6€

Bad experience often. In case you accidentally pay wrong machine they never refund you and also quite confusing to use. Wouldn't recommend

Worst app support experience ever. Isn't of checking logs and verifying the issue the support team blames the customer. I accidentally was able to purchase a running machine. Now the orain is blaming me "you bought the service". But I wasn't given the service, it your apps fault for purchasing a running machine so either give the service or give my money back. On another machine I purchased it twice, still the machine didn't run/ worked. As usual Orain is blames me and no refund yet.

In addition, Orain only provides the payment technology and customer service, but it is not responsible for the management, since it is the responsibility of the owner and manager of the business.
