It's good when it's referred correctly but unfortunately I don't seem to be able to manually choose the solver and the last two have come back as pointless because Brisbane City Council doesn't deal with it or needs more evidence and closes it instantly. Both times would have been better dealt by the Department of Transport and Main Roads but nope - useless council is all I'm able to have assigned. If someone's keeping bins out to prevent parking, they'll get on it right away though.

The snapping part works fine. The issues come after that. One solver, the Latrobe Valley Shire. They asign the snap to an internal job but they don't tell you which snap id their job is assigned to. Unlike other Solvers. The app only lets you see up to 40 snaps all the previous snaps drop off the list. Nothing ever ends up in the closed list. if the snap is reassigned to another solver the only way to track this is via emails. SSS have no phone number/chat box for support.

Needs better integration with existing Auckland Council reporting services. I usually get an email back about a week later saying I should contact council directly. This is a bad user-experience. Noise: would be awesome to be able to file a noise complaint. With immediate response. Roaming dog: I see several each week, and it's a problem. This app could help solve the issue by making reporting stray dogs easy. Parking: app doesn't let the AT parking team know directly.
