This was a great app. I use it frequently to monitor my electricity usage. However, since joining Ovo Beyond, all of my insights have disappeared. I used to be able to see where the electricity was being used, e.g, white goods, appliances on standby, heating, etc. Now, all I have is a message to update my profile to get accurate insights, which I've done over and over! I can't see any way to opt out of Beyond to fix this issue. Such a shame.

I used to pay around 500 £/month for gas and electricity for a small house. I really didn't want to pay with direct debit. However after a lot of investigation, I have been advised to pay direct debit, as my price range would change like that. I went with it, and just with that the monthly 500 £ bill reduced to 250 £. I never got refunded for previous payments, but I was very happy to cut the bills half. After half a year, my balanced got so much plus, that I reduced the direct debit to the min.

New update. New bugs. Home page balance does not match balance in charges and payments page. I have to log in with email and password every time I open app rather than just the once before then thumb print after that and onwards. In other words it does not remember my sign in on my device where it did previously.
