I ran into an issue early on with the new upgrade that would not allow me to get into my account. The issue was if i hit done after entering my password with my username savedbit would not log me in. I got around the issue by just clicking submit instead of done. Other than that it isnt bad navigating i just needed time to figure out the locations for everything.

Update: app has worked well for me since then! Lots more features added and easy to navigate! Adding half a star! Love the improvement! Keep Going! Addition of tabs is way more convenient than having to press the back arrow several times. Only reason I gave one less star is because it has been slower than it used to be but it is somewhat expected. So giving it a few more days before starting to get agitated. Sigh. Modern tech has spoiled me. 😊

It's convenient and works like it should for the most part. Only problem I've had is all of my bank statements on the app being " corrupted " and won't load. Needed it for proof of income. I called the support number and she was very helpful. Had statements emailed to me and she mailed copies to just in case. Awesome bank! app could use an update for minor bugs though. 5 stars anyways to improve ratings
