“Pass Jeunes” is a free application, exclusively dedicated to young Moroccans and foreigners residing in Morocco, aged between 16 and 30 years old. This application, owned by the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication, offers discounts, freebies and other benefits that facilitate access to numerous cultural, sporting, transport, accommodation and commercial services. , banking, etc., throughout the national territory.
How it works ?
1- I download the application
Download the application via the Store and discover the exceptional offers available to you.
2- I register
For this new version, registration has been simplified. Now, all you need to do is scan your national ID card using NFC and take a selfie for facial recognition, making your “Youth Pass” immediately active. This operation is carried out in partnership with the DGSN's My Digital Identity application, in accordance with the provisions of Law 09-08 relating to the protection of personal data. In this context, a tripartite agreement was signed between the MJCC, the DGSN and the CNDP.
3- My account is activated
Your account is activated. You can immediately access and benefit from our cultural (historical monuments, museums, etc.), sporting (football, basketball fields, etc.), transport (Tram, train, etc.) offers, and much more.
For this version, the offers have been diversified, integrating new sectors such as training, leisure and citizen participation, with a gradual generalization throughout the national territory, similar to cultural offers, and a diversification of offers by sector.
This version also includes new methods of consuming offers, such as opening training sessions, booking leisure sessions, and requesting subscription or membership cards.
Finally, this version has been redesigned to facilitate user navigation, making the experience more intuitive and enjoyable.

Ratings and reviews

I really love the initiative. The app's ui is good as well. But it lacks good and usable offers, and I mean by that transport, for example, gyms or stadiums, cinemas, attraction parks... a bit similar to what you offer in Rabat but for other cities ❤️

I appreciate the initiative and would love to see more collaboration with other departments and companies. The Application's layout and navigation could use some improvements but overall nothing to complain about.

**Review: ★☆☆☆☆** The app is a major disappointment. It lacks content, with every city showing empty activities. Much like Moroccan politics, it promises that everything will be done soon, but nothing ever happens. This app is a complete waste of time and storage space. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother downloading it.
