The service is very good but is not Business friendly. There are no option to get a report for the transactions done and the messages disappear after 1 month. If they could add reporting option it would be great. They should even add some delivery option for package between 5 to 10kg because there are no delivery option available for this range of weight

Such a bad experience with this app! Before, i am a reguler user everytime i go to gbk for jogging but i'm really dissapointed now. Suddenly cant open my transaction to pick up my baggage in locker. I tried with 2 phones with different internet provider, and it still the same, only load for too long it's been & ended up with no internet connection?! Even worst their cs only hv chat bot? After dm their ig finally got queue but in 50 position? And stuck in 38 in 1hour?! Bad service ever!!!!

The officer unloaded the package without confirmation. He was evasive when asked about the items he had unloaded. He was evasive when asked where the office address was.
