I like them but obviously there's cheaper out there and they claim there's vans and trucks are a certain length when in fact I measured the vehicle I got and it was not what the guy claimed it was but in fact it was as advertised. I just got the wrong vehicle and they tried to say it was longer than it actually was but they worked with me and that's all that matters. Good customer service but there's cheaper options.

Very helpful even in checking in and out. I did have to use the front desk to get my truck as the questions or requirements to get the truck ended up denying my driver's license and wanted me to get 2 personal references to vouch for me. It was 8am EST and none of my references would be up for another 3+ hours as they're all on PST. The front desk attendant didn't need a lease agreement with my info on it or half the stuff this app requires but drop off was easy

Scheduled guaranteed two 26 ft trucks to move. Order was over phone. The trucks were not there. Another co. Had one available 6 days later. It cost me $1980.00 more because I had to find a different moving company and pay $250.00 extra for Sunday mover services as well as lease back my house at $100.00 a day $600.00 because closing couldn't be changed. had to pay $987.00 to trash 1/3 of my furniture because a second 26 ft truck was not available thouands of dollars lost and I have to repurcha
