Great chargers, when they work! All locations are clean and well-lit at night. The app is easy to use. All good, except that half the stations we visited on a trip from Montreal to Victoria were (literally) not working... and often showing as fully operational in the app. That's terrible, of course, and the telephone support from their 3rd party partner is, well, 3rd-rate at best. I am a fan of Petro-Canada. The extensive network was a primary motivator for our trip but it does not yet merit 5*

Much better now that the app has been updated and fixed. The additional functionality to remotely monitor your charging session is one of the biggest reasons to use this app if your charge takes awhile. Four stars because it's a good start, but I'm disappointed that there aren't perks with this app such as reduced charging rates or personalized plans. Hopefully in the future this will come to fruition.

Took my 2020 Kia Niro EV to the charger in Barrie. Every time I tried to start the charge, a message came up saying “Transaction not completed”. My credit card is registered in the app. I tried a different charger, same thing. Other people were charging. Tried calling the 1-800 number and as soon as they transferred me to technical services, I would be disconnected. This happened 3 or 4 times. I gave up and found another place to charge. Extremely frustrating!
