Ratings and reviews

Too many bugs in the app. and they make you sign up before you can check the functionality. Plus they share personal address of the professional to the public.

Not recommended: Profy - Handymen and Cleaners App I would not recommend to use this service. It seems to me they don't value their users, pointing at their terms and conditions to get the 20 percent commission if you don't cancel within 15 minutes. Here's what happened to me: I placed an order. The handyman accepted. Before he would come they called me to tell that he didn't fulfill my requirements. No way to cancel for free though.

The App is just fine, I really like the Idea and possibilities. There should be an option to opt out from quality reassurance calls. Every time I booked a service I got at least two calls asking the same questions about the service. This is just disturbing. Why don't you add a questionnaire after a service is done. If I want to leave you a feedback I'll do.
