⚠️ Protecting yourself from scams and fraud

Remote access can be used for scamming and fraudulent activities. Always be careful when asked to share access to your devices, especially if you weren't expecting a connection request. Ensure you never share sensitive information or grant access to someone if you are not completely certain they are who they claim to be.

If you are unsure, contact the organization offering support to confirm the request is genuine.

There are two ways to connect:

• Start a remote session using a secure 9-digit code that the technician provides (this requires a RealVNC Connect subscription with On-Demand Assist).

• Devices that are managed using a mobile device management (MDM) tool can be pre-licensed by the IT Team. A session can be started without a session code, but the mobile device holder still needs to authorize the connection. This requires a RealVNC Connect Enterprise Device Access subscription.

Thank you for enabling scammers, without this app or one like it, I wouldn't be out of thousands of dollars a fake cash app customer service scammer did on me. I take blame for dialing a phone number for card service without researching that number first. At the end of the day, the scammer got me to download this app , saying app was compromised and then was able to go into my cash app and transfer every dollar to purchase Bitcoin that I have no access to. SCUMBAG TOOL

Except under a REAL emergency, would I install this app again because you are leaving yourself open for unscrupulous people to steal anything that is on ur phone! And that is exactly what happened to me! Know who is using ur phone at all times! Trust no one 100% to go into ur phone!!!

I'm a tech at work, but I'm using this for personal use. I want to control all the computers in my house, on my own router, whenever I want, without INITIATING the call. Make those changes, and make it a $5 download if you want. I love VNC, it would be great to just have the server running in the background like it does on everything else in my house. That's what I want from a VNC server, and it looks like that's what everybody else wants too
