I got this app to get an amortization schedule for my Mortgage but after using it I found it to be too basic. Doesn't give you an option to enter taxes, home insurance or HOA. Also once you do put you numbers in, it only shows your interest and principal paid. I want to see how much is left on my loan and when I'll be paying more principal than interest. Also to calculate since I'm paying more monthly when I'll reach that point. Don't bother with this app.

Not providing options to calculate compound interest. Not at useful application.

For a free, no ads, no in app purchase app. I can't say anything bad about it! 👍🏼
