This app is ok. The most annoying thing is the notifications. I get the notification "Helping you recall your trips!" ALL DAY LONG. If I close the notification, it pops up again TWO MINUTES later. I usually shut off the wi-fi on my phone when I leave the house, and yet this app demands I turn on wi-fi. I don't have wi-fi in my car and it doesn't pick up a continuous signal when I'm driving, so what is the point of this?? The constant notifications are so unnecessary.

Both my wife (iOS) and I downloaded this app to take survey's for Oregon transportation and my golly is it bad on both platforms. I don't recommend installing this app if you plan on going on a road trip, the app constantly tracks you, so much so that it drains your battery faster than any other app I have seen. Along with that, the app is so incredibly buggy when it comes to even filling out the surveys, trying to do something as simple as picking a date is like pulling teeth with this app.

I'm using this app to help the NY DOT and my gosh it's terrible. Trip tracking worked for half a day but then stopped for no reason. After completing a trip, I get a notification that a new survey is available but when I click the notification or open the app there is no new survey. It's like it saw me traveling but didn't save any data from the trip. I need to enter everything manually which is less than accurate. I've tried clearing the app cache and also restarting my phone but nothing helps.
