it is an useless it looks like that it for only to see your recharge it not works in other if it works so we didn't have any apportunity to do it we only can select .if any channel we have to remove it takes 10 time to remove atleast because it is not done in ont time worst app it is . also this app is not fully developed as I get information.

Can't even open the edit plan, just as the name of the app the loading time is infinity for trying to open the edit plan, adding a message to blame the internet speed of the user device won't work if the internet speed is more than enough to download the app in seconds

Worst Customer services. No one bother for trouble shooting. Trouble shooting is of not worth. No contact no works. I have refreshed my account a no of times post recharge on 22nd August, 2024 Everyday three times a day. But till today 25 th Aug, 2024 account balance not updated. Message on mobile shows tune to channel no 100. A non existing channel. App shows tune to channel no 96, non existing. With for 10 min. All option is worthless.
