To use the application, you must have signed the contract with RetuRO and registered your points of sale as collection points.

The RetuRO app allows retailers who have opted for manual collection to easily scan and identify SGR packaging returned by consumers, which has the 'guaranteed packaging' logo and specific barcode. By accessing the 'Register a pick-up order' function, it is possible to request the pick-up of the collected packaging bags from the declared return point. In order to make collection flows more efficient, the collection of SGR packaging can only be requested when a minimum of three bags are accumulated. The application login process is simple, by using a valid user (merchant) account from the portal.returosgr.ro platform. After logging into the app, the next step is to choose the declared return point. For this, merchants will use the point of sale ID they find in their user account on the platform.
