If you have existing credentials from our customer website, you can use those same credentials to log into the app. Otherwise, create your user profile by selecting Sign Up once you have completed the download.

I have been using this app for over a year & never had any issues. I'm older & technology challenged. I have never seen any ads. It's very simple, straight forward & easy to use. I have never had any issues with making payments, I even pay ahead. Payments are almost instantly applied to my account. Account balance is easily accessible. I have never had to call for any reason. I don't understand why people are saying anything different, they must be idiots. I have switched phones without issues.

App is literally just a web browser, there are ads for the app inside the app which is a telltale sign. Never saves payment info (have to manually input my card each month). Currently unable to pay at all due to an error on both web and app, and there's no way to view the status of the loan, change payment amount, and there's no documents associated with my loan viewable. It's just a pit that I toss cash into and maybe one day it'll go away? No way to tell without getting on the phone. Great job

App always says it is offline for maintenance and so then sometimes I can login through the browser but it's rare and then I have to call the number to make a payment. It also says they accept debit cards but it won't let mine work and have to input checking info. Very frustrating and absolutely needs fixed.
