Hands down the best photo/screenshot editor on the market. It has stickers, captions, speech/thought bubbles, etc. You can add filters, adjust the colors, crop, rotate, expand, resize, etc., even to select areas. You can even import photos to add to an existing one. It hasn't been updated in 8 years, but it still works flawlessly on my Android 13 Motorola Razr 2023.

One of the best apps out there.. I recently purchased the Pixel fold if I knew it wasn't going to be compatible with Pic Say Pro I probably wouldn't have gotten it. Maybe down the road they can make it compatible with the Pixel fold. I still stand by them five stars and one of the best apps out there. I'm still having fun with it :-)

When I mask an area of a photo to edit, it changes the whole picture. In earlier versions of the program this worked correctly. EDIT: that issue was fixed years ago. It's been 5 years since the app was updated, it appears to be abandoned, yet this is my favorite image editing app and I refuse to move on to something else unless it quits working entirely.
