I opened simobiplus today, and it shows update, I click update, and it bring me to playstore, but weird, there is no update button, only uninstall and enable button. I tried to click enable button, but nothing, so I click uninstall, and install again. After that I open simobiplus, but it always crash and close itself. I tried many times, keep crash. I tried to remove cache & data, the program keep crash. please fix the new update

Difficult to login (always automatically got logout) this lately. And i really hate the new interface which make us as a customer feel really insecure. I have already emailed about this at the first place after the update. And after i read the review here, good to know that it's not just me who feel insecure. Suggestion for you is, you need to take note and consider our opinion as your customers. You are a bank not an e-commerce. Please differentiate it

Can't login due to high traffic or bad connection. Already checking my connection and there's no problem about it. I have been trying to login using different connection, different day, different time but still cant login because of same problem. Please fix this so I can get my money back!
