Here’s How Simpl Works:
Simpl generates bills twice each month. On 15th, you receive the bill for your purchases/payments between 1st and 15th. Likewise, on 30th/31st, you receive the bill for purchases/payments made from 16th to 30th/31st. You can pay even before your bill arrives by logging in to your account.

Simpl charges a penalty of up to INR 250 excluding GST in case of consistent non-payment of bill on due dates. However, if you inform Simpl of any issues, no charges will be levied.

There’s a default spending limit set when you first use the app. But according to your usage, the spending limit may vary. If you clear your dues consistently on time, we can increase it, and vice versa in the opposite scenario.

2nd Review: Initially, my experience with Simpl was excellent. The user interface is intuitive, and the Paylater feature worked flawlessly across most e-commerce applications. However, in recent times, I have encountered difficulties in reaching customer support through the in-app help section. I also believe that Simpl would greatly benefit from offering a monthly billing cycle option. This would reduce the frequency of bills and help streamline financial management for users.

I've been using this app for a long time! Never had any issues! But this time a sum amount naming previous bill amount was added to my current bill amount but i didn't do anything purchase and there is no transaction history on the app too! I've been trying to contact them but no response! Customer care is very poor !

There's no customer service phone number or email support for Simple Pay Later, only a chat assistant that we can't even chat with. I booked a train ticket through Simple Pay Later. I took cash from the customer and then paid the amount from my account so that my credit and limit would be updated on time. However, a few days later, when the customer asked to cancel the ticket, the refund went to Simple Pay, and I had to refund the amount from my own money. Now my money is stuck with Simple Pay.
