Can't even create an account.after entering the user name and password it shows already registered.but after that when trying to log ,it shows password doesn't match.why is that ?

The worst app used in my life. Keep saying "network falied". All the other service apps are working fine like SLT and others. This one is a promised disappointment.

I made a payment when I was directed to the payment portal by the app. Though I got an alert from the bank of a successful payment, SLIC did not acknowledge the payment and app did not confirm the payment either. It was a big hassle for me to contact the SLIC and the bank. They confirmed that payment had gone through. SLIC confirmed that they received it. But app still showed that it has not been received. Very poor app. Very disappointed.
