Horrible company in every way but above all, DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS APP!! I just uninstalled after seeing the required permissions! It captures video..captures audio..able to snoop/edit external storage..has access to your exact location..access to bluetooth and wifi scanning..ability to wake the screen and the app stays running in the background 25/8..and even MORE. Basically, these are scammers that get to legally gouge people and invade their privacy. Yeah, no thanks, TARGET Portal.

I hate everything about Smart Start. When you call any of their provided contact numbers, it is nearly impossible to get a live representative on the phone. I thought downloading the client portal would be easier, but I cannot even register for an account. When I open the app and follow the prompts, it sends a registration link to my email. As soon as I click the link it says that the link is expired. I have been going in circles and my only other option is to call and get no real person to help

Absolutely horrible customer service. Do not use smart start. If I could rate zero stars, or negative stars, I'd do it twice.
